This means we process your order the very same business day they come in and offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49. Below is some additional information to consider when placing an order with us.
Free Shipping - All orders over $49 qualify for free shipping. There are no weight exclusions or restrictions to the number of items ordered.
International Shipping - We're sorry, but due to the very high cost of international shipping, we don’t currently offer this option. International buyers can send their products to a freight forwarder and then send to their address. Canadian customers can order directly on Amazon.ca where certain products are available.
Standard Shipping - Our standard shipping is shipped out either the next business day if ordered before our daily order processing time or otherwise the following day. Delivery takes in most cases 2-5 business days and costs $5.95.
Expedited Shipping - Expedited shipping will ship out the same day if ordered before our expedited processing deadline (usually around 11:00 AM Eastern time) otherwise will ship the next business day. Shipping time is 1-3 business days. Expedited usually is 2-3 days faster than standard shipping and costs $9.95. Expedited shipping excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska.
Shipping Carriers - We use a handful of carriers to better assist our customers. Most orders are shipped with UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx. While we do our best to get orders delivered quickly, we cannot account for any delays outside our control.
Amazon.com Partnership - We use Amazon in USA to pack and ship all our orders. Thus, shipments are likely to arrive in Amazon.com branded packages.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking - Shortly after your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email with a link to track the package on the shipping company website.
