Hi,

My name is Victoria and I’m the Co-Founder of Smiling Paws Pets. We create individual, quality cat and dog products to help pets and their lovers live an easier life by providing simple solutions for everyday problems.

But our story started with you, not us. In the late 90’s early 00’s I had just moved in with my boyfriend (now husband). Without young toddlers, I had all the time in the world to be crafty and I spent any free time I could get to create nifty solutions for my three cats. So much so that my friends started to brand me as a crazy cat lady (there is no going back after you've got the title).

When creativity hit, I used to turn mine and neighbours old household goods into clever pet products, cat scratchers, toys, sheds, feeding stations… you name it. Not long after, I was accepting challenges from friends and neighbours to turn their trash into innovative treasure that would be useful and liked by pets.

People like you made me realize that we share the same desire of always looking after our pets. Our passion for our furry friends are equal to none and our struggles are much the same. So I decided to continue this journey to reach more people and transform more bonds.

Smiling Paws Pets has always been about helping others with ingenuity and desire that pets and people are better together and find solutions that benefit pets and caretakers equally. The products you find on our website are all supplies we use ourselves and also realized it may benefit you as well.

While we’re having fun running Smiling Paws Pets, it is certainly not roses day in and day out. But I now know that without struggle, we don’t grow, learn or assign meaning to much. What keeps us going are the continuous support, laughter and awww moments of our awesome community and the many videos and pictures that we continuously receive.

We don't have a huge assortment of products, and we don't plan to either. But for the handful of items we have, we truly stand behind each and one of them. Have a browse and look around, you may find something useful in your home.
